At Think Media PPC, we are committed to providing high-quality PPC management and digital marketing services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to our services.
1. Service-Based Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including Google Ads management, campaign setup, and consulting, all payments made are non-refundable once services have been initiated or delivered.
2. Initial Setup Fees
Setup fees cover the time and resources used for campaign research, strategy, and configuration. These fees are non-refundable, even if the client decides to discontinue the service before the campaign goes live.
3. Monthly Management Fees
Ongoing PPC management fees are billed monthly. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request to cancel future billing by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any partial month of service.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver the best outcomes through data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results (such as clicks, conversions, or ROI), and refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately at [insert your support email]. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
6. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases, where there is a proven failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.
